Cottage on a Hill

A second-floor performance kitchen, with room for up to 4 cooks and their guests, is at the heart of this cottage designed for clients who were looking for a house that was as much about experiences as appearances. The upside-down floor plan gives main living spaces spectacular views overlooking the ocean on one side and the treetops of an ancient maritime forest on the other.  French country influences and details like a bathtub that projects into its own oriel window keep the experience of this cottage relaxed and casual with just the right amount of charm.
